What is Shelflife Online Store?

Shelflife Online Store is an international online sneaker and streetwear store, offering authentic premier products which appear on the shelves of our land-based store.




When was Shelflife Online Store established?

Our land-based store was established in 2006. Our first online store was implemented in 2009, and has grown steadily from strength to strength. We have just released a new and improved online store, which offers a much more stable and secure environment.


I am looking for a specific product and I cannot see it anywhere within your product ranges. Does this mean you don’t stock this product?

Yes and no. In theory we do not stock any items you don’t see. However, it might still be worth your while to contact us HERE and query whether we can source that specific product in your required size.


Are all the products offered by Shelflife.co.za authentic?

Yes. Shelflife Online Store guarantees 100% authenticity. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all products offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.


Are the product images displayed on Shelflife.co.za an accurate representation of the product?

Yes. All imagery is shot in-house, and is of the actual product which you will receive. We aim to provide the highest clarity we can offer.

How do I order and pay for my products?

There are various secure payment methods that we offer, including EFT, credit card and debit card. For more detailed information on how to order and our accepted payment methods, please read HERE.


Are payments to Shelflife Online Store secured?

Yes. Each and every payment method offered is highly secured by numerous security implementations.


What payment methods are accepted in-store and online?

Shelflife accepts various secure payment methods. Read about these HERE. Please note that Mobicred, PayJustNow & Pay Flex are available for online purchases only and are not valid in-store.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shelflife is an international online store; therefore we do offer worldwide shipping. The specific shipping costs for your country will be displayed to you upon checkout.

Any additional customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.



I live in South Africa, is shipping free of charge?

Yes. Shelflife Online Store offers free delivery to main centres for orders above R800. Delivery fee for orders above R800 to outlying areas is R100. Orders under R800 will include a R100 delivery fee to main centres, R150 for outlying areas.


How long does delivery of my order take?

Express delivery of 1-3 working days is limited to main centres only. Economy delivery of 3-5 working days, delivery to outlying areas may take an additional 2 days. International orders can take between 5−14 working days to be delivered.


How long is the handling time before my order gets shipped off?

Handling time is minimal on our part, which ensures rapid delivery to our customers. Orders are sent off within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on the dispatch load and when we receive your cleared payment. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.


Are shipments insured?

Yes. We insure ALL shipments to every location to avoid disappointment and cover our customers’ purchases.


Can I track and trace my delivery on my order?

Yes. A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
