EXCLUSIVE: Converse FASTBREAK Hi Snake QS

The iconic 1983 Converse “uptown” basketball sneakers get an exotic lux makeover for the season. Released to the public by Converse in 1983, the Fastbreak was a game-changing basketball sneaker in that it was specifically designed to be lightweight and breathable. Primarily worn and endorsed by a Hall of Famer point guard, the Fastbreak was worn during the highest-scoring regular season game in American professional basketball history.

At the time of its release, the sneaker was one of the lightest basketball shoes in production that still remained durable on the court. Showing that Converse was adaptable to the demands of the consumer, the Fastbreak proved that the brand had the same drive to change the game as it did with the All Star near the turn of the century.

For this release, the Fastbreak features a luxurious black or white snake leather upper with black accents and hits of white along its white outsole. With the slight feel of a workboot these walk the line between luxury and sport well.

The Converse FASTBREAK Hi Snake will drop on the 15th of November for the retail price of R2299.00 each via first come first serve
