New Puma Thunder Electric
Following Puma’s success with the release of their dad shoe, the Thunder Spectra, the brand is set to release two new colourways of the popular silhouette. Called the Thunder Electric, these versions of the sneaker feature stand-out metallic hits on the eyestay and leather heel pull tab, with speckling on the midsole and Puma branding on the tongue tag and heel strip. Like the Thunder Spectre, each is constructed in premium nubuck leather with mesh paneling for a balance of athletic and luxury aesthetics.
The first colourway features a predominantly white and black upper with hits of bright orange throughout for an overall high-contrast appearance. Special detailing includes white speckling on the exaggerated chunky midsole, metallic orange and reflective silver accents and striped laces.
The second colorway goes with a similar colour palette, but this time the upper is light grey and black with white speckling on the grey midsole. Bright blue accents, in addition to the same orange hue on the other version, provide the pops of colour.
The Puma Thunder Electric will drop on 21 June 2018 for the retail price of R2299,00 at our CPT and JHB stores, as well as online.
