The Nike Hyper Pack: Mercurial, Magista & Gold Trophies Collection
In anticipation of the upcoming 2014 FIFA World Cup, Nike revisits and reworks the famed Mercurial football boot and releases the all-new Magista. Paying homage to these performance models, Nike releases three commemoratory packs: the Mercurial Collection, the Magista Collection, and the Gold Trophies Collection. 
First released in 1998, debuted by famed footballer Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima, the Nike Air Mercurial boot gets a modern-day makeover for the Flyknit-infused 2014 Mercurial Superfly.
To celebrate the release of the Mercurial Superfly, Nike releases the Mercurial Collection, seeing a series of models don Hyperpunch combination colourways that resemble the Syperfly. Two Air Max 1 models kick off the pack, seeing a men’s model sport a full-colour Hyperpunch aesthetic, while a ladies Air Max 1 bears a blue to Hyperpunch gradient fade across the build. Nike’s popular Thea silhouette receives the Jacquard treatment and brilliant Volt accents, while an obsidian-coloured Tiempo ’94 shouts to the original football cleat through a series of design elements. Finishing off the collection, the all-new ladies LunarTiempo Sky Hi silhouette takes inspiration from the classic Tiempo and blends a white upper with a colourful gradient fade Lunarlon wedge. 
Nike further introduces the first Flyknit performance boot: the Magista.
In honour of the all-new Magista, Nike’s Magista Collection dresses a series of classic models in a flurry of bright colours. Leading the collection, an electric Air Max 1 dons a full colour Volt upper with vibrant hits of Hyperpunch. Space Blue and Volt colour the Tiempo ’94, while a black and gold accentuated LunarTiempo Sky Hi rests atop a luminescent gradient fade Lunarlon wedge. 
In addition to the Mercurial and Magista Collections, Nike celebrates the awe of winning and the love of the game with the Gold Trophies Collection. Inspired by the coveted FIFA World Cup Trophy, Nike brings together an exquisite colour combination of gold, silver and white, for the Air Max 1 and the Tiempo ’94.
