Roots and Fruits: Dance

Roots and Fruits is back this Sunday, this time with the theme of Dance music. And Monday's a public holiday so there really is no excuse. As before, Crayon's looks at the past and the future, creating a space for both in the present by looking at the genres we love right now, and celebrating it all. 
Spanning across 2 dance floors, their latest event is focused on dance music as heard from New York to Berlin to Cape Town. Paying homage to the soul and funk dancefloors of the 70s and 80s on the Roots stage, expect moments of rapture and abandon. On the Fruits stage, we are keeping it current with the best in house and tech on Cape Town's best sound system.
