adidas Originals x Wood Wood Ultra Boost
Denmark-based brand Wood Wood have joined forces with notorious sportswear retailer adidas Originals to release a new take on the popular adidas Ultra Boost.
This new collection delivers two styles of the much-loved Boost – a lace-up black and white version for men and a white and grey blue for ladies featuring a geometrically pattern strap fastening system. Both silhouettes are branded with Wood Wood’s signature “W.W” decal imprinted on one tongue, with adidas branding on the other.
Nike Air Jordan 12 “The Master”
This Air Jordan 12 “The Master” continues the celebration of MJ’s soaring moments of greatness. The sneaker’s classic makeup essentially takes cues from the Jordan brand’s iconic ad campaign which debuted in the late ’90s.
This sneaker release flaunts an understated makeup with black covering the majority of its premium leather upper. The subdued tone is continued towards its tongue and sole unit, while subtle contrasting accents of grey are shown on the side panels, rear pull tabs, branding on the tongue, as well on the outsole. To finish off this premium release is metallic gold accents provided by the upper eyelets.
P.V.S x New Balance 996
New Balance has joined forces with Singapore’s quirky female footwear store P.V.S, creating an eccentric alternative of the much appreciated 996 silhouette.
Using the New Balance 996 silhouette, the uppers features multiple colours which almost takes the form of a paint splatter. The upper is constructed with a dark base, it is barely visible under a stunning layer created by dabs of paint that are reminiscent of Claude Monet’s unmistakable Impressionist painting style. Other accents include a two tone midsole, speckled outsole and P.V.S branding on the insoles.
