Sole Stitches: Your favourite sneakers reimagined with String!

Add sneaker string sculptures to the list of fine art objects surrounding the world of footwear, which already includes sneaker lamps and LEGO sneakers.
SoleStitches started out as a hobby for Chris Teguh – which was born out of a passion for design, art, and sneakers. Art can take many shapes and form, especially in the world of sneakers, but there is something fascinating about seeing your favourite sneakers reconstructed in just string and nails. 
The nails are meticulously aligned, the threads are woven in specific patterns to create patterns or opaqueness and the details are just superb.
