For the third stop of the adidas Consortium tour, the brand has teamed up with German sneaker shop, Solebox, on an exclusive UltraBOOST “UNCAGED” designed by Hikmet Sugoer for Solebox.
The internationally renowned boutique is one of Europe’s premier addresses when it comes to the most sought-after releases. With more than a decade of being at the forefront of footwear culture to its name, Solebox is well-versed in many categories – from timeless/classic all the way to technical/progressive.
Solebox looked to the coat of arms of its home district in Berlin as inspiration for the design. The result is a magnificent Ultra Boost upper of wool and suede in soft tonal greys atop a white midsole, with a red outsole. The Solebox logos are present in the consortium tongue tab and debossed on the heel cup, while the TPU cage has been stripped from the silhouette, offering extra freedom and enhancing its clean cut aesthetic.
The Solebox Ultra Boost release is one of the most simple and freshest looking models to date, showcasing why this silhouette has been so well received.
