adidas Consortium LXCON OG
adidas recently introduced the LXCON silhouette to their offering, equipped with the aesthetic of a retro runner that currently dominates much of the industry. Now adidas Consortium put their twist on the new Three Stripe silhouette. 
Inspired by a heritage Trefoil Brand runner from 1994, this special adidas Consortium model ushers in a unique piping system that works its way through the throat and panelling of this creation as well as its heel that adds a neon grey hue on this otherwise triple black design. In a unique utilitarian twist, that aforementioned piping, as well as its midfoot Three Stripes, hit both aid in the model’s aesthetic as well as its function, acting as lace stays for its unconventional lacing system.
The adidas Consortium LXCON OG drops 11 May for the retail price R1999 at our CPT, JHB and online store via first come first serve. The JHB store opens at 9am, CPT from 10am. Remaining pairs online at 11am.
