Staying true to the White Mountaineering design philosophy, the adidas Originals by White Mountaineering partnership sees adidas’ rich sportswear history rooted in White Mountaineering’s designs, developing classic sportswear pieces reworked into exciting contemporary designs.
White Mountaineering designer Yosuke Aizawa has once again brought his modernist utilitarian aesthetic—with bold patterns set against navy, white and black —to some of Adidas Originals' most iconic pieces, including hooded track tops, crewneck sweats, track pants, and windbreakers.
The collection also features a lineup of footwear like the NMD R1 Trail iteration and Superstar Slip ons. All the sneakers will feature signature design details like reflective stripes and technical materials. Each piece showcases Aizawa's technical expertise and attention to detail along with the technical innovation that we've come to expect from Adidas.
The adidas Originals by White Mountaineering will drop on Thursday the 9th of March 2017 in CPT, JHB and online.
