Jordan Brand has made a collective effort throughout the past year to revitalize Jordan’s second signature offering, collaborating with the likes of Union, Titan, Shelflife and J. Balvin alongside executing a number of inline releases. With the Beaverton brand’s slate of silhouettes for 2023 slowly being revealed, the Air Jordan 2’s increased rate of colourways is set to be extended this year with this “Lucky Green” colourway.
Subdued, palate-cleansing, substantial. The classic high tops that set the stage for a footwear dynasty return in a brand-new colourway. Highlights of Lucky Green pulse against crisp White, taking cues from the first AJ-2's colour-blocking. Faux lizard skin, sleek lines and no Swoosh keep the minimalist elegance and refined look of the original. It's no coincidence that this design has maintained its icon status since '86 (though a little luck never hurts).
The Air Jordan 2 'Lucky Green' drops this Friday the 24th of February in CPT, JHB and online for R3699.
