colette x New Balance 580 Pack
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the trail-turned-lifestyle sneaker, so New Balance is commemorating two decades in the game with a run of special editions.
The Parisian boutique colette has been hitting hard with collaborations as of late. Hot on the heels of their raging Kith x PUMA partnership, they’ve teamed up with New Balance to rework the ever-classic 580 silhouette in celebration of the sneaker’s 20th anniversary. Although the two groups have worked together before – along with UNDFTD – this marks the first one-on-one collab.
Consisting of two colour blocked pairs — colette blue and grey — the sneakers consist of plush nubuck uppers which feature perforations to the collar and toe box to promote plenty of ventilation throughout its build.
Complemented with white accents on the tongue branding and comfortable REVlite midsole unit, the pairs are finished off with the signature “N” logo across its sides and a rubber outsole built for excellent traction and durability.
The colette x New Balance 580 Pack will drop on Saturday the 23rd of July 2016 for the retail price of R2499.00 each.
