New Balance 9060 'Outerspace'
Following the silhouettes collaborative collection with Chicago native Joe Freshgoods, the New Balance 9060 has gone on to be a mainstay silhouette in NB's inline offerings. 2023, too, is set to enjoy a continued run of this modern age dad sneaker with the latest drop now enjoying a second take on the vintage-hued “Navy” colour-way.
Dividing the varying materials of the upper from its chunky and exaggerated sole unit through light and dark embellishments, a diverse wave of slightly different Navy hues wrap both the upper’s mesh base layer and stitched suede overlays. Subtle grey accents placed along the forefoot and heel tab, a metallic silver finish on the “N” insignia and crisp white trim expands along the fuzzy nylon sock liner and lacing structure. A tonal transition by way of the semi-translucent heel clip, cream and white shades on the ABZORB midsole and black tread underfoot.
The New Balance 9060 'Outerspace' drops Saturday 4 February in CPT, JHB and online for R2799.
