Nike Air Max III - 'Infrared' (2020)
Continuing the 30th-anniversary celebration of the Air Max 90 is the return of the famous 'Infrared.'
Delivered in a referential Air Max III namesake, the pair takes the beloved colorway and applies it to this year’s new, vintage-based form factor. White mesh lies underneath at the toe box and collar, packaged with grey suede panels and slightly darker Swooshes. Black polished leathers then outfit the mudguard, completing part of what is effectively a true homage. But, with the coming update, there are some relatively undiscernible tweaks aside from the name: for example, the “Infrared” is actually “Radiant Red,” though likely due to its brighter exposure, the shade appears more reminiscent of older versions.
The Nike Air Max III - 'Infrared' drops 7 December for R2499 at our CPT, JHB and online store on a first come first serve basis. Online at 7am, CPT and JHB open at 10am.
