One Park: A New Way to Experience CPT
Founded by Mishka Mahomed and Matt Hichens in the heart of the CBD, One Park is home to a new listening bar, eatery, gallery space and record store aimed at creative collaboration and community.
The team wanted to create a destination that encompasses the things they love: food, music and art. The multifaceted space features an eatery run by Chef Lisa Knipe, Yoraya Nydoo and Caro-Lee Schutte, The Other Records, as well as a sound bar and gallery that’s coming later this year.

One Park's guiding principle is authentic collaboration. The Other Records is a lovingly-curated community record store: a place for colourful music, and the obvious choice for less-obvious records.
LOOK
Endless possibilities, a blank canvas. The beautiful gallery room in One Park is just that. It invites artists and curators to collaborate to transform the space and showcase their work. Coming soon.
LISTEN
Situated on the first floor of the building and fashioned after Japanese listening bars, with a custom speaker build, fully licensed bar and delicious cocktails, the sound bar is a place for music of all genres and curated events. As all good things take time, the sound bar is a work in progress: follow @One_Park_CPT.
