PLEASURES x PUMA SA TOUR RECAP
The PLEASURES x PUMA South African Tour was the perfect celebration of all the things we love here at Shelflife- clothing, culture, collabs and community.
We partnered with PUMA to bring down the guys from PLEASURES for an early release of their collab collection, where we were lucky enough to give them a true taste of the Joburg streets and Cape Town mountains.
The tour would not have been complete without taking our LA visitors to all our favourites spots in each respective city- from game-drives where they donned their best safari fits (classic), to seeing penguins at Boulders Beach, to places that we consider second homes to Shelflife. And so it only made sense for each leg of the tour to have a couch session and party at Mother-in-Law in Joburg and One Park in Cape Town.
The couch session, hosted by Alex James, Hayden Manuel, Dane Maharaj & Jake Lipman, gave us a little history of PLEASURES, PUMA and Shelflife and was the perfect setting for chats about the things that we know and love. The night was complete with tunes from Senhorâ, Franadilla, Ben Johnson, Raresoftware and of course, Ayejames.
