PUMA Speedcat OG Returns

Defined by its low-profile look that works perfectly with the way streetwear is moving, the OG Speedcat is making a formal return twenty-six years after its initial launch in 1998.

Originally crafted for the fastest sport in the world, the PUMA Speedcat OG has forged a storied legacy within Formula 1. Now, PUMA re-launches the sneaker that has graced the feet of Grand Prix champions to overtake the streetwear scene seamlessly.

Landing in its iconic red and white colourway that connects the sportswear brand to the beloved Ferrari team, as well as a black and white colourway that is equally prevalent in the silhouette's motorsport history. With full suede uppers, this sneaker sees enlarged PUMA branding on the toes, and on its gold foil detailing. Formstrips run across each side in white, further enhanced by an arrangement of stitching, all on a sleek black sole.

One big difference is the removal of the SPARCO branding, which was used to highlight the shoes racing heritage, and is now swapped out for elevated metallic PUMA branding, showing the sneakers shift into the realm of fashion and lifestyle.

The PUMA Speedcat OG's are dropping on the 29th of June, online at 8am, in Cape Town store at 8:30am and Joburg store at 10am for R2299 per pair (F.C.F.S)
