Shelflife x Clay Cafe Launch Party (Recap)
Last week we held the official release of our collaboration with Clay Cafe in Cape Town CBD. Combining our love for sneakers and art, we worked meticulously for 6 months to create an always-available ceramic sneaker for anyone visiting Clay Cafe to paint.
15 of our favourite local artists got a a pair of our new blank Clay Cafe x Shelflife sneakers for them to leave their mark and exhibit at the launch party. All artworks were up for auction on the night, with all proceeds going to St. Joseph's Home for Chronically Ill Children. We are so happy that so many of the artworks sold on the night, generating over R10 000 for charity.
