Shelflife x Mother-in-Law: 'Worst Thursday' Recap
This past week we introduced our first collaboration with our friends at Mother-in-Law for 'Worst Thursday'- the perfect celebration of our intersecting cultures, love for good food, and our shared loved!
The Joburg-based contemporary Indian restaurant was the perfect setting to bring together our people, SL customers and fans of MIL, to enjoy a night full of collabs-featuring a mutton curry Gatsby, a signature cocktail called ‘The Council’ for the pain and a super limited 200gsm, 100% cotton, heavy-weight tee.
The night was the perfect intro into spring, with food like Rashad Panday would make (the inventor of the Gatsby, FYI) and "proudly South African" cocktails. This was all rounded off with tunes by Tokyo Black, Franadilla & Deniece Marz,
