SUICOKE SS24 Collection: 'By the Sea'
We know it’s been a while but we also know that some brands will always be a fan favourite no matter how much time passes- SUICOKE is one of those brands. SUICOKE's signature velcro sandals have also found a niche in the fashion world having collabs with BAPE and Carhartt, to name a few. We are super excited to present the 2024 SUICOKE Spring/Summer Collection: ‘By the Sea.’
This newest drop draws inspo from the natural habitat in and around the sea. The brand aims to explore ideas from individuals and diverse cultures that have been deeply influenced by their profound connection to the sea and their harmonious relationship with the environment. “We focus on capturing the essence of these organic forms and translating them into our designs. Using nature as the ultimate source of inspiration.”
Red Clay, Seafoam, Pink Granite, Sand, Scuba Blue, and Clam- ‘By the Sea’ has a carefully curated colour-palette with names that resonate with SUICOKE’s concept. These colourways reflect the natural elements and surroundings of the sea, and also ensure a complimentary palette.
Alongside the carefully curated and thoughtful hues, comes a few new silhouettes alongside the updated classic designs that we love from the brand:
SUICOKE BOMA-ab Slide
The latest addition to the SUICOKE lineup, the BOMA-ab fuses hard-wearing suedes with nylon and mesh, to create a mule silhouette which provides a contemporary take on traditional SUICOKE designs. Infusing sartorial elements for a unique and completely original design, this silhouette features a hiking boot-inspired padded nylon lining as well as a toggle fastening that adds an extra layer of security and adjustability.
SUICOKE MOGI-ab Slide
The MOGI-ab takes cues from the traditional Velcro footwear, combining stylistic elements with functional fabrics and efficient technological elements. The design has an opening in the midfoot area, for extra breathability and a updated silhouette to what we’ve seen before. The look is complete with a mix of hard-wearing suedes and nylon.
SUICOKE MOTO-Shell Sandals
This version of the MOTO-RUN2 offers a sporty twist on the classic slide. Its kombu colourway matches the collections theme perfectly and adds to the elevated design. With a corduroy upper that resembles a padded shell, this shoe style combines versatility and lightweight construction effortlessly. The Trek outsole is complimented with the original SUICOKE EVA antibacterial footbed, giving us the best of both the old and the new.
SUICOKE MOTO-Cab Sandas
This version of the MOTO-Cab is a re-interpretation of the traditional MOTO slide. Its vibrant colourway exudes a refreshing and energetic appeal. Additionally, this particular palette is named Seafoam/Ink, which further re-enforces the captivating inspiration for this collection.
