The Shelflife apparel brand continues to grow and expand. We are looking for someone to join our Head Office (Cape Town) team, to handle the Shelflife brand apparel production & design.

Qualifications & Experience
• 4+ years experience in production management or apparel design/manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in fashion design and/or understanding of Garment technology
• Valid drivers license and own transportation
• Knowledge of local & import suppliers
• Credible industry references
• Local streetwear culture knowledge

Key Roles
• Deliver premium execution, quality and consistency in all Shelflife ranges
• Manage entire design and production process from initial concept to sample phase to delivered product
• Source reliable, suitable suppliers and develop relationships
• Consistently monitor production with external suppliers to ensure quality product delivered within deadline
• Quality Control to ensure product meets internal quality standards
• Achieve desired costing and margin goals without compromising design and quality
• Record, organize and deliver documentation relevant to the production process
• International trend spotting
• Regular, accurate feedback to management during production phase
